Order confirmation
Straight after checkout you receive a payment receipt and an order confirmation by email. Can’t find them? Have a look in your spam or promotions folder.
Order history & receipts
Sign in at whop.com with the email address you used at checkout to see all of your orders and download receipts.
Delivery & tracking
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your parcel ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking details.
