Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your parcel ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays or customs processing. Duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For unopened products, we will arrange a return and refund. If you have opened a box and it is not right for you, tell us. We are happy to find a solution.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
